Refund policy

At Home Paddock Meats we want to provide your family with the best quality beef available. We recommend choosing your product very carefully as we can only refund your deposit if cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order.  Any cancellations after this time will mean you lose your deposit.  We can't just process half a cow if you change your mind!

Due to the nature of purchasing fresh meat we can not offer you a refund or return once delivery has been made. If for some reason you are really not satisfied with your purchase please contact Kelly on sales@homepaddockmeats.com.au and we will try our very best to work out a resolution.
