All beef is family portioned and vacuum packed to keep your meat fresher for longer in the fridge and the freezer.
Vacuum packed beef will keep frozen for 12 months so to keep your beef at its best we recommend freezing as soon as it arrives. Don't forget to leave something out for dinner though!
We will personally deliver your beef hamper direct to your kitchen for free within the Southern Downs Queensland, however please get in touch if you are out of this area and we will try our best to arrange delivery.
Each animal we process will be slightly different and although we do our best to control the weight range, the cattle are free to graze as much pasture as they please so there will always be different carcass weights each time.
Your 1/4 of Beef hamper will be between 55 and 70kg of a hand packed selection of beef, with each of the following cuts included - please note that pack numbers may vary slightly depending on the final weight.

Blade Roast - 1 x roasts
Topside Roast - 2 x roasts
Y-bone steak - 2 x packs
Rump steak - 4 x packs
Brisket Roast - 1 x flat
Porterhouse steak - 4 x packs

Eye fillet steak - 4 x packs
Osso Bucco - 4 x packs
Diced beef - 2 x 500g packs
Minced beef - 11 x 500g packs
Sausages - 8 x 1kg packs

We take a $630 deposit now (33kg at $19 per kg) and final cost will be calculated at time of processing based on weight of order. Differences in cost will be charged accordingly and your beef box will be delivered once this final payment has been made in full.
Full cost will be between $990 and $1,260. Your deposit is a guarantee that you will pay the balance prior to delivery.

All of our meat is home delivered to you if you live within our delivery area. This includes the Southern Downs and Goondiwindi. If you live outside these areas please get in touch and we will try and find a way to deliver to you.
At Home Paddock Meats we want to provide your family with the best quality beef available. We recommend choosing your product very carefully as we can only refund your deposit if cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after this time will mean you lose your deposit. We can't just process half a cow if you change your mind!
Due to the nature of purchasing fresh meat we can not offer you a refund or return once delivery has been made. If for some reason you are really not satisfied with your purchase please contact Kelly on sales@homepaddockmeats.com.au and we will try our very best to work out a resolution.
